“Bill did a terrific job in meeting with my wife and I to better understand our goals of the remodeling project. We did get estimates from other contractors, but Bill was the only one who spent a lot of time with specific issues, taking intricate measurements, and actually asking us a lot of questions.
The project was not simple, and only Bill really explained the issues and possible difficulties upfront. He seemed to be very interested in our happiness with the project as a family, rather than just treating it as another construction project.
The design team, lead by Steve, came up with some amazing plans that no other firm or architect had even proposed. The ability to come up with such a dramatic design and implement it’s flawless construction still leaves us amazed.
Their construction team was always polite, clean, and professional. Their lead person, Ace, was always amenable to changes, and revisions as the project proceeded.
